1. NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED IN THE PARK! This is a danger for kids and adults too. It also is a risk to tires. 2. NO one is allowed to possess any dangerous and/or controlled substances including firearms & explosives within the park. 3. Litter laws are strictly enforced. Place litter in an appropriate trash receptacle or "Pack It In, Pack It Out." 4. All VEHICLES/ATV's are to comply with the 5 mph maximum speed limit through the campground areas at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS! 5. All ATV drivers and riders should follow the manufacture's safe operating procedures. 6. If not accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian, those under the age of 18 must have a notarized waiver consent form. This form can be downloaded and printed prior to entering the campground. 7. Parent / legal guardian must closely supervise minors. 8. Be courteous of other drivers and Park Employees on and off the trails. 9. Everyone rides at their own risk. Know your limitations and do not exceed the capabilities of your vehicle. BE SAFE! 10.The park is neither liable or responsible for damage, loss, or theft of personal property or injury to visitors. 11. All vehicles must operate in a manner to avoid incidents and/or accidents while in the park. 12. There will be no toleration for fighting. Any violation of this rule will result in being banned from he property. 13. Failure to comply with the above rules, regulations and safe operating procedures can result in your being temporarily or permanently banned from using the park or participating in any future park activity or event.
